Now that online banking is more prevalent than ever, RBC needed a new strategy to connect with customers face-to-face. Mosaic proposed a travelling booth equipped with the necessities of a local branch, and the strategy to give customers answers that will set them up for financial success.
RBC Meeting Place was equipped with tangible question-cards that customers could bring to representatives and fill with tactical advice.
